This Surprise Sherwood Engagement in February was so much fun to be a part of!  I loved waiting for this adorable couple to make their way to the end of the pier to start clicking away.  I had known about this  weeks before and I was just crossing my fingers for nice weather.  It couldn’t have been more perfect.    As I sat on a bench down at Main Pier they walked by and made a little small talk and then he immediately dropped to one knee….I know he didn’t want to waste any time!

He had arranged for champagne to be chilling down at the pier for the big surprise and popped the cork as soon as he was back on his feet.  Everyone was so excited ….except for maybe Merlin the dog!!

The Irish theme for this Surprise Sherwood Engagement was perfect as they met in Ireland….his family was visiting for a few days so all bases were covered.  Now the fun begins ….where to get married, when to set the date, etc. etc.  One thing I can tell you for sure….it doesn’t matter where or when this terrific couple has their big day…..they are perfect together and so much in love that you can actually feel it when you are with them.  Congratulations and thanks so much for allowing me to be a part of the best Surprise Sherwood Engagment session ever!
