I am a natural light photographer and specialize in newborn, child, and family portraiture as well as offering senior and engagement sessions. I am passionate about capturing the personality of my clients and feel that these sessions should reveal moments in time that will be treasured for years to come. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Annapolis, Maryland and am extremely fortunate to still call it home today. My grandparents and parents grew up on downtown streets and owned local businesses for many years. They created a wonderful legacy of family that is the most important gift that they passed on to succeeding generations. Knowing the value of cherished relationships, combined with my familiarity and love of the area are a few of the reasons that I treasure my job as a local portrait photographer today. My undergraduate degree from University of Delaware and my graduate degree from University of Maryland in Radio, Television and Film always found me with a camera close by. The birth of my first child was all it took to make me want to record every milestone and make time stand still. I have a Professional Degree in Photography from the Washington School of Photography. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America, Professional Photographers of Greater Annapolis and The Rising Tide Society . I live in Severna Park with my husband Brian and we have three beautiful daughters that currently live in California and I visit them whenever I can! Family, friends, travel, chips, salsa and a cold Corona make me happy 🙂
