There is no better gift to receive over the holidays than to spend time with family and friends.  The Houcks had a a full house in Severna Park for Christmas and I know that they all enjoyed being together for a few days.  I can’t say that they were all overjoyed about dressing and posing the day after celebrating for family photos but I know they will be happy that they took the time to document this moment in time.   What a legacy……

When children are grown and they have their own families there is something special about having all the grandchildren together.  When you think about it cousins are the first friends you have as children…you congregate at your grandparents house, do things you can’t do at home and get love in a different way than you do from our parents.  That may be since grandparents don’t have the responsibility of disciplining and can just hand the kids back over to mom & dad when they have had enough!  I’m not sure if the Houcks would ever get enough of these kids!

I know the Houcks feel a tremendous sense of pride when they have their family together..wonderful kids….beautiful grandchildren….time spent together is just priceless.  That being said, maybe the quiet felt a little nice after all the chaos and now they have the photos to make them smile!!!
