Oh my….what a wonderful Easter treat these kids gave their mom….smiling for photos in downtown Annapolis on Sunday morning! I met the Dawsons on a breezy, chilly morning down at City Dock.  Since it was a holiday, there were lots of other people who had the same idea.   In spite of the antique car show that was taking place,  we still managed to find   lots of wonderful places to take family photos in our terrific city.  As you can see, my job was easy with this crew!

Since all of the Dawson  kids live in various cities  Mom was thrilled to have all her gang together.  I can’t think of a better way to document their family time than to schedule a portrait session.  Casual, fun and full of laughs.  I would like to think that they had as much fun as I did!  It certainly helps that I was working with such good looking kids who easily smiled for the camera!

Many times the kids feel as if they are being tortured when it comes to family photos and it is nice to get a few of Mom and Dad together so they can instruct their parents on what to do and how to behave.  There was no coaching when it came to the kids together with their parents though….it is obvious that the Dawsons may not live close together but their family bonds are tight~
