This Surprise Sherwood Engagement in February was so much fun to be a part of! I loved waiting for this adorable couple to make their way to the end of the pier to start clicking away. I had known about this weeks before and I was just crossing my fingers for nice weather. It couldn’t have been more perfect. As I sat on a bench down at Main Pier they walked by and made a little small talk and then he immediately dropped to one knee….I know he didn’t want to waste any time!

I do believe that their wedding day was as hot as the day that I married……sweltering! But, that being said, it didn’t stop anyone from celebrating having a blast!
It was so clear to me that these two love each other but it was also very apparent that they love their animals! Their dogs wanted to be right beside them and in all of the photos. We had to send them inside so I could get a few shots of the newlyweds alone! The weather was spectacular and sunshine just showered the couple with soft light on the waterfront.
