My last Annapolis Holiday Session was held last week at St Johns College and I think the family I was working with had as much fun as I did. They certainly made the best out of COLD morning! I am hoping that these little gals got rewarded with a nice breakfast when we finished up because they earned it!

We had a gorgeous fall day to take these photos and it was worth the wait as we have been trying to coordinate busy schedules for some time now.

One blonde , one brunette, one blue eyed and one with green eyes. So fun that they are sisters but each has their own special look. There is no question in my mind that they are the apple of their dad’s eye! He is going to keep them close for as long as he can! The annual Burke family Session is one that I look forward to every year. I believe this marks the 10th year that I have been photographing this great family ! 
Sometimes it is just the kids and other times it is the whole family. Either way , it is such a terrific opportunity to see how much the children have changed. Every year they make a Christmas ornament to document our session.
The other good news is that sometimes I even get to photograph Mom and Dad….What a nice keepsake this will be for the family as the kids grow up. Not to mention that it isn’t very often that parents get alone shots of themselves….one of them is always behind the camera when they are taking family shots themselves!
